2G17: 7 - Should we make more Hot Topics?

Fei Ayanami · Post by **Fei Ayanami** » Wed Jul 05, 2017 7:30 pm

I don't think I have permission anyway. This is only a test. Or is it?

Fei Ayanami · Post by **Fei Ayanami** » Wed Jul 05, 2017 7:33 pm

Oh, ok. I'll leave it up to our loyal moderator Bazz to decide whether or not to leave this thread open.

Thought I made it so anyone can make a hot topic. I guess you can't sticky them on your own though.

Not that I know of.

Calbrena · Post by **Calbrena** » Wed Jul 05, 2017 10:38 pm

Yes, we should.
Brainstorming time?

This shouldn't be a hot topic

RDM · Post by **RDM** » Thu Jul 06, 2017 11:49 am

This should probably be a poll. Make a new thread with a poll that resolves the subject of this topic and link to it from this topic, then link to this topic from it in order to obfuscate the discussion.

What counts as a hot topic then?

Lord Golbez · Post by **Lord Golbez** » Thu Jul 06, 2017 12:13 pm

Let's vote on whether this should be a hot topic. I'm voting for Undine.

RDM · Post by **RDM** » Thu Jul 06, 2017 12:16 pm

Perhaps it should be a hot pocket instead.

Lord Golbez · Post by **Lord Golbez** » Thu Jul 06, 2017 12:17 pm

Never that.

I guess I killed 2G17 hot topics with this one.

If I could link Weeble's Hot Tamales song here I would.

That's ok. Soon we'll have 2G18 Hot Topics. Of course, Calbrena did most of the 2G17 topics, so we'll need to work on that.

I guess one of us will have to step up to the plate this holiday Monday and create a 2G18 New Year Resolutions hot topic. How else are we supposed to feel bad about ourselves a year from now?

You take care of that, and of the next few topics. One per week sounds reasonable enough?

Golbez, you're in charge of the February 2018 topics.
Vibing_V can take care of the March 2018 topics.

There we go, that's Q1 sorted. By April or May I should have a bit more free time, so I could help at some point during Q2.

1 a week. I'm just going to be mining LPTPW for topics of interest that we could expand upon then.

Calbrena · Post by **Calbrena** » Mon Jan 01, 2018 7:18 pm

Sounds like a plan.
