Star Wars: KOTOR
So yeah im sure most of you already beat this game or atleast played it, but im making a thread anyway. Just got back into this game and its fun, but I forgot how bad the hit A fall asleep battle system is.
So you guys Dark Side Or Light side? Me? Im personally dark side all the way.
Yeah so discuss.

It pretty much seemed to me like KH's battle system, only done right. Mag, have you tried reducing the difficulty?
I've only managed to play it on the light side. I had started a DarkSide woman game during the summer, but it was put on the backburner when I bought the Cube.
Anyway, this game is pretty much my favourite RPG of the generation. The voice acting and storyline were top-notch, and the battle system wasn't too shabby either (while it wasn't great either, at least it was a little different).

Feel free to contribute.
I have a question
When you're collecting the Star Maps, the one on the Wookie planet asks you questions right. And you can answer them incorrectly and not get the map. When this happened to me, I reloaded my game because the remedy to this problem was not obvious right away. So I'm wondering what are you REALLY supposed to do if you botch the questions?

Re: Star Wars: KOTOR
Im sure theres some way you can get them even if you get the questions wrong.
u remember incorrectlyDoom wrote:If I remember correctly, if you answer the questions right you get dark points. If you don't, you get light points and have to fight some stuff, and you'll just get the map after that.

Re: Star Wars: KOTOR
If you go all dark you end up killing all your friends at the end, or so I hear.
I stayed light because it was just easier to do so. I like how near the end of the game you cap off your exp and can’t grow anymore. So it’s pretty much pointless to favor either side for something other then story differences.
I thought the game was okay.
For D&D style game play. I like the huge worlds and your inability to explore 99% of ‘em.

Oh yeah killing all your party members is so expected if your evil, I mean co-existing with the bastards is totally impossible.Kokaku wrote:You’re all evil, wtf do you expect?Ikari wrote:Wow thanks for the spoilers jack dick.

You fucking piece of shit. It's not like saying Aeris died. Everyone knows she's dead (unless...). Kotor is a game based on replay value, and restrictive freedom, and what the fuck you suck. You're a piece of shit. Why the fuck would you spoil an ending you haven't even seen?Kokaku wrote:If you go all dark you....
