There are many other news reports about protests worldwide, but these were the first ones that came up on a search for me. By far, the largest protest worldwide was in London with well over 500 participants, but unfortunately, I haven't found any news articles about the London protest yet. According to various sites, the total number of protestors globally is over 9000 (no, I'm not repeating a retarded meme) with plans for protests in the future.
Personally, I think it's pretty damned amazing that such a decentralized group of people who until recently didn't seem to have anything in common actually united behind a common goal. I've read a lot of talking and nut-flexing, and was initially skeptical, but to see these protests actually happening on such a massive global scale, by people who, in all likelihood, have never met each other catches me as nothing short of incredible. I took part in one of the protests not expecting much, but we actually had 50 people show up to stand outside the city's scientology center (which is basically a one-story camelback house; really tiny) and protested for well over 4 hours.

You're right. It should expand to the world as a whole.Endless-Rain wrote:I hate this whole internet vs scientology shit.
To be fair, the RDM didn't have much of a problem with Scientology until they scared Comedy Central into censoring one of the best episodes of South Park for fear of lawsuits.
That made it personal.
If you're ever REALLY bored you should try and find a documentary the BBC Panorama show did on Scientology. It's mental and they're fucking terrifying.

I don't know why I'm posting this actually, as there's billions of anti-scientology vids out there.

That was an awesome Panorama show though, the presenter didnt embarrass himself at all, and any reasonable person wouldnt put up with their shit like he didnt.
He nearly got fired for that outburst actually.
But god that guy was such an arse. "I'm angry! I'm angry!" Well whoop de fucking do!
Digging up people's pasts is just silly. So, he used to be a prozzie once, big fucking deal. It's cheap bullying tactics just because they said the magic 'cult' word.

It's time we do something about the true scam cult. Yes, I'm referring to Adobe.
Peeking inside is free, but they only reveal what they want seen. To join their little cult, one must pay up at least $150 for the thinnest glimpse at the real truth (under the guise of "elements") and they won't stop until the delusional victim pays up the the $2500 for the entire "Master Collection".
Trying to spread the 'truth' without approval from the highest levels of the cult just leads to a massive legal assault.
