Okay calm down, geeeez, I'm going with whisp. its what I wanted to do anyway,,, how many posts does it take to level up, your a level 4 and you have like 2000 some, damien is a level 99 and has almost 9000, it dosent seem to add up???

Damien is an admin. They automatically get 99 regardless of postcount (see other admins, Cal, Entropie, etc)

It's just a rankbar. Nothing special. So don't go needlessly spamming just to boost it up.
