I quit my job and turned 40 and got married and started woodworking school and moved to a house in the Eastern Townships and finished woodworking school and got a job woodworking. Now that SG is back I can finally go back to mostly sitting around.

Making adventure videos mostly. Moved to a bigger house. Building a replica of the car from Knight Rider. Started a podcast recently. Bought a SHERP. Spent quite a bit of time on my ride on lawnmower shirtless with a beer in my hand. My daughter is 7 already and has opinions. Things are evolving solidly.

Met another SG world alumni
Went to Spain.
Renovated my basement.

Last 2.5 years, so since mid 2024, I have:
> reconnected more with family
> assorted relationship transitions
> work business as usual - thankfully got slower so I'm less stressed
> got skinnier. got fatter. got skinner. got fatter. got skinnier. repeat.
> a lot more live music and getting out there
> just started process of upgrading home size - new build management fun times ahead
> trips - europe x 1 (I count UK in europe still), hawaii x 6, gulf islands x many, japan x 1(first time)
> met up and caught up with Fei MORE THAN ONCE
> met up and caught up with Damien ONCE (well twice within one visit)
