The constitution is sacred and can’t be changed Golbez. “Amendment” is an ancient Latin word meaning “was always there”.

My DMV ID expired during the coronavirus stuff. To get the mail in ballot I would have had to go to the DMV to renew my ID, which would almost defeat the purpose of mailing in my vote. For in-person voting, I can use other forms of ID, like my passport, but the request for mail in ballot doesn't allow for that option.
