ok so i haven't been around for a while, but vibing_v said I should post this here:
I have this (now former) friend who's being a huge ass to me and he thinks he's the political know-all. I made one comment challenging something he said and he pretty much turned into a royal ass. Anyway, i don't feel like explaining the whole thing, but if anyone wants to flame the LJ of a egotistical nationalist republican,
here you go .
edit: link is fixed now

Why is that guy your friend in the first place... he seems like a huge douchebag with no handle on reality. Armchair Republicans are the worst, much worse than limpwristed Democrats in my book because they actually cost the lives of our soldiers without putting themselves on the line.

he was my friend cos he used to be a cool guy- that and he sent me a copy of AoM: collectors edition for free when he was working at Ensemble. and joei- we fell out because he insulted me and called me ignorant- not because he had differing political views.

o and isildur- i have already been arguing/flaming him for the past 3 days. I was just opening it to anyone else who wanted to have a good flame
i'm not expecting anyone to flame him, i simply thought i'd give SG the link to the madness. it was more of a 'look at this jackass, go have fun!' type of thing
oh, and yours was good *nods*

haha... Guy sounds like a real winnar. I like how he trys to simplify everything as right and wrong. The real world isn't like that. We have a long-term substitute in one of my classes. The first thing he told us, is that the way we're going to learn is to take an Event and look at it from different points of view. Along the way not saying that either point of view is right or wrong. In essence, he doesn't plan to just teach us about the class topic, but how to see other situations from a different PoV. From the looks of it, your former friend could learn something from this man.
It's American History by the way.

NICE. My mom thinks it's fake. Peronsally I wouldn't be surprised if it was real. At the same time I wouldn't be surprised if it was fake.

Actually, it's not that the viewpoints are neither right not wrong. It's that, for the most part, they're ALL wrong! Except mine off course.
