SG Toronto seems fake now.

WaWard · Post by **WaWard** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 1:06 pm

It's been disbanded and supplanted by SG FORDNATION: population Waward

SG Montréal is no longer fake

Damien · Post by **Damien** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 2:04 pm

More real than SG Van

Fei Ayanami · Post by **Fei Ayanami** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 2:15 pm

Yeah, I mean I guess I see d when I visit Vancouver, which is rarely.

EDIT: But since I live in Montréal now, that’s actually SG World.

Damien · Post by **Damien** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 2:20 pm

Only Joei can make it "world"

When is Calbrena coming back? We need to start planning for SG World 2G19+_

Damien · Post by **Damien** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 3:04 pm

We need stats so we can use data to predict the date of her return (and subsequent departure).

Fei Ayanami · Post by **Fei Ayanami** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 3:18 pm

True.

WaWard · Post by **WaWard** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 7:19 pm

Where are they

You have to assemble her first

WaWard · Post by **WaWard** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 8:34 pm

We should inform her SG Day 20 wasn't that eventful.

Damien · Post by **Damien** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 9:13 pm

Totally expected it to be that way. Fully going to drop any future SG Days now though.

WaWard · Post by **WaWard** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 9:17 pm

RIP SG Days

Damien · Post by **Damien** » Tue Sep 24, 2019 9:25 pm

It became increasingly cool to not post on SG Day. Ended up being a normal SG Saturday, only one where I have increased anxiety and a lingering sense of failure.

Lord Golbez · Post by **Lord Golbez** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 1:13 am

Maybe we can have another SG Day for 30 years. Maybe the looming sense of mortality will draw more people here....or not.

Got my ass to come back

Damien · Post by **Damien** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 5:26 am

Was that SG Day that did that? I figured you’d have eventually come back anyway.

Asaroth Larot · Post by **Asaroth Larot** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 7:31 am

Yeah. Gintanto or whatever his name is hit me up to tell me it was SG Day

Damien · Post by **Damien** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 7:40 am

Yet multiple people who contacted me and asked for their passwords to be reset didn't even log in

RDM · Post by **RDM** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 9:23 am

But at least the intent was there!

There was a little bit of a bump. Just nothing dramatic. To SG30!

Damien · Post by **Damien** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 9:38 am

Quote this post if this site actually makes it to SG30.

In 1079 AD, Persia adopts the Jalali calendar, a solar calendar to replace their lunar calendar that has a seasonal drift. Every 33 years, it has 25 365-day years and 8 366-day leap years. It is the most accurate calendar of its time, and remains in use until the 20th century.

I'm tired and can't go to bed.

Fei Ayanami · Post by **Fei Ayanami** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 1:01 pm

Go to the bathroom and sleep on the toilet!

Lord Golbez · Post by **Lord Golbez** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 4:41 pm

We could still have a solar calendar that's a pretty good lunar calendar too if we just had 13 months of 28 days.

Fei Ayanami · Post by **Fei Ayanami** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 5:34 pm

Yeah, then just have 1 or sometimes 2 bonus monthless days in the mix.

Fei Ayanami · Post by **Fei Ayanami** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 5:37 pm

Oneuary
Twobruary
Threech
Fourpril
Fivey
Sixune
Sevenly
Eightgust
Ninetember
Tentober
Elevenber
Twelvember
Thirtronulus

EDIT: I was born on the 4th of June in a leap year, which by my calculations makes that the 156th day of the year, which by my further calculations puts my birthday at the 16th of Fivey, assuming all the bonus days are at the end.

WaWard · Post by **WaWard** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 6:29 pm

Eightgust? What a missed opportunity for Octogust

Fei Ayanami · Post by **Fei Ayanami** » Wed Sep 25, 2019 6:41 pm

I’ll schedule a meeting for the middle of Thirtronulus where we can discuss the matter.

I texted her yesterday. Not about SG though

RDM · Post by **RDM** » Thu Sep 26, 2019 9:18 am

The RDM's pretty sure it's illegal not to mention SG in all text messages.
