Attaching images to posts

Is it possible to get a feature added where you can upload pictures to your posts, rather than uploading them to another site then hotlinking them? I realise it might use more bandwidth but it could be more convenient for some users I guess.

Plus images wouldnt break on older threads

The RDM assumes the capability is there, since so many other forums have it, but honestly, how much would SG gain from it?

What are there, 8 pictures here every 6 months?

Sorry, I'm going to have to agree with the RDM. There's so little images used it wouldn't be really that much of a gain compared to ye old imageshit/photocumbucket.

... and I can't find an option for enabling it in the admin panel. Must be an installable mod, which I can't do.

Oh yes. Modbot's AI has got to the point where it's concluded that the best way to eliminate spam and crap posts from forums is to murder everyone in the world. So we keep it under maximum quarantine until we can work out what to do with it.
