I dunno if it's out here yet.
I've never played any kind of Half Life, so I might get this.

I almost bought it. Instead I just bought Portal and a pack with Half Life 2 Deathmatch in, since I needed HL2DM for Uni work.
Can't play any of it. PC sucks. So I'm getting a new PC. Impulse buying is fun!

why not get a ps3 instead? You get a full-fledged linux pc + an awesome games machine + an awesome blu-ray player, all for $500.

... because I need several programs for Uni that only run on Windows. Which wouldn't happen on a PS3.

Portals was absolutely amazing. I loved its quirkiness and how sinister the whole game felt.
It was worth it just for the theme song at the end.

Don't open the box for a year.
It'll be better if it ferments.

Yeah, seriously. Maybe we can tolerate the uncapitalized "I" and the lack of an apostrophe for your contraction (I'm finding it very difficult), but we won't tolerate these absurd logical inconsistencies.

http://www.steampowered.com/nvidia/
If you have an Nvidia card, you get HL2: Deathmatch, Lost coast, Peggle Extreme, and a demo of Portal!
Useful for people like yuka who might've paid to get HL2 DM

i got it on my ps3. while i don't doubt that it's the superior console version, I'm a bit underwhelmed. yet another overrated FPS hyped up by the pro-M$ apologists.
