Really? 4?! Oh yesssss! *prays to the anime god that it's true* I don't mind watching the fillers. Some people get so worked up about it. But, it can be funny and stuff sometimes .. Still can't wait for it to start up again!!!

My brother's starting the series. Watching on YouTube. I stopped watching a while back. I'm tempted to start back up.
Yeah but they'll probably just do the boring Kakashi arc before returning to more filler. The manga is not that far ahead of the anime still, maybe only 3 or 4 volumes.

I started watching Naruto where I left off a year ago or ...longer. *shrugs* In any case, I stopped on episode 51 and thanks to Youtube, i'm getting to resume w/o having to download gigs worth of Naruto. I'm so behind... I'm on ep. 65 atm.

Didn't like the Kakashi's face one?! I thought that was hilarious! I loved all the faces they made. And it kinda showed a fun side to Sasuke. I thought he was just a prick. In fact, I still do.

What I found highly amusing is that Kakashi is such a hardcore ninja that even his bedsheets have ninja stars on 'em. Lives, Breathes, AND Sleeps Ninja-ness~ Pro'lly eats ninja star shaped cereal in the morning, too~

It's the one with the guy with the lighting swords and the little kid on his back.
AonE has been catching up recently, and I gotta agree with Collin that some of the filler is quite enjoyable. The cooking ones or play bodyguard to that little snotballed kid are annoying, but otherwise they're quite entertaining.
This guy fights with magnet ninjutsu. He's a fat bloke who's apparently been eating iron since he was a kid, thus he is able to turn his body into a magnet, and somehow that results in him being able to turn things that he touches, into magnets. He and Naruto are about to fight in a big field which apparently contains lots of iron, and he is able to levitate himself and stick to walls because of his magnetism, and he has just turned the rock that Naruto is standing on, into a magnet.
The last episode of that arc involved a guy who could control ice or something, and he turned the ice into a giant magnifying glass, so Naruto and gang were running around as the magnified heat from the sun combusted anything it touched.
I cant think of a time I've ever seen subtitles go too fast (other than on pirate Cowbody Bebop DVDs, where they're so Engrish you might as well not even bother trying to read them).
Naruto is awsome, but the games make a complete mockery of the series-.-

I can count a few more anime that have done that......... with....... so..... much....... damn...... FILLER EPs. Makes me sad. Oh, and Picohn, no...... you can read subtitles easily unless your a moron like Garbo said. My classmates probably couldn't read subtitles for the life of them...... i mean, dear god, i've heard two of them stumble over the word "foreign" that of course, just happened today.
I've stopped watching the anime once it started the fillers. So the last Naruto episode for me was #135 (anyone remember Temari's fine legs ?).
I downloaded a couple of fillers though, like the ones that were focusing on Kurenai.
I recently just started watching Naruto Shippuuden. I downloaded 16 episodes so far, what impressed me the most is the soundtrack. It's far better than the original Naruto.
