That's a pizza in the same way a pizza bagel or an "English muffin" (sorry I know that term means nothing in UK) pizza is.
The TBB offers you tea and biscuits.

English muffins are good. What do English people call them? Something dumb I’ll bet.

We know what an English muffin is here. It's sometimes also used here, as there are too many different things called muffins.

A crumpet is a different, more pancake-adjacent thing. Delicious.

Is there such a thing as American muffins in England?

There’s only half the muffin—but it contains all the fat.

We don’t call anything American muffins, but if you said American muffin, people would probably think you were talking about the cake (and you probably would be).

Cake? You mean cupcakes? Speaking of which, I almost forgot I have a cupcake to eat. *Gets cupcake*
Also I know these tend to be called fairy cakes in England because England loves fairies and ghosts and such.

I think "fairycake" fell out of fashion at some point in the 80's. It's cupcake here too now.
