It is good. One time years ago I played latter-day Scott Walker loudly at Halloween when I was at my parents’ house handing out candy.

Check out Farmer in the City, loudly if you can. It’s the first track off his first truly weird album, Tilt, but it’s not as “out there” as a lot of his later stuff.

His pop music (and then slightly stranger pop music) in the 60s was also good.

This has been a PSA to save the good name of Scott Walker, musician.
