i didn't lent.... new years diet for 3 months. almost done. couple pounds short of goal so may go into extra innings.

I've been avoiding overt sugars (I'm not going so far as to avoid salty snacks that might have small amounts of added sugar) for lent. For the most part, I'd say it helps me have less IBS symptoms, but I'm also not as regular without it so it's not 100% beneficial.
