Maybe if I finish Shield or Sword, whichever I got, but considering I still haven't, probably not.

Scarlet and Violet is a strange one. Glitching aside, it started off my least favourite main series (at the point that I started each). The open world just feels a bit barren after playing stuff like Elden Ring this year. There’s definitely more challenge that anything since at least Gen V though and the endgame (which I’m now on) is pretty good. Still, I’m not sure if it’ll make it into my top 10 of the year, which is a fail for a Pokémon game.

I finished it today. Played though the whole game while dad win

After 50 hours, I've done the endgame stuff and have caught all the legendaries. The game definitely does get better and has probably just edged into my top 10 of the year.
