Did anyone actually buy european Donkey Konga?

After playing the new songs in my local Free Arcade (Gamestation), I couldn't justify £40 for an easier version of a game that's already too easy to be any fun

No I didn't buy it, I played it at a friend's place. But I agree, It's way too easy. Hence the multiplayer version with alcohol needed if you want to have fun

I got it. I wouldn't say it's too easy, it just makes no sense at points.
The cover versions are passable - terrible.

The gameplay from the Japanese version ISN'T intact and you only play 1 song in a row unless it's on endless mode where you don't get any coins.

The whole thing seems a bit pointless but I haven't tried 2 player mode yet and as I have 2 sets of bongos now, it should be fun and I'm up for a DK vodka party

I almost always lose in 2 player mode cause I can't do the speed contest at the end Cry

btw, don't ever try the endless mode in normal/easy mode, I made that stupid mistake and I had to stop after 18 songs or so because I was nowhere near losing and I had to go out Sad

I thought that at least the songs would get more difficult after a while, but no Sad

Anyway, I was wondering:
-do you have a PS2 that can play US games (all of them plz)? If yes, tell me where I can get one like that, I sooo wanna play KD now Sad

(saw it on ebay for like $25 a few days ago...

) Or lend me your PS until April 05 when I'll be able get my own american PS2 while I'm in Canada

-where did you get these Pikmin stickers?

- Everyone knows not to play endless mode on ANYTHING!

- Do have a PS2 that can play US (and Jap, and yarr) games but finding somewhere in the UK that will chip yours thesedays is difficult since it's been officially outlawed (I got mine done in Wales back in Jan). You can buy this "fliptop-mod" thing from most gaming webites for next to nothing and then disc swap.
It's probably worth it.

- Sorry, I'll probably be using my PS2 once or twice before April (I bet you knew the answer to that one)

- The Pikmin stickers came with an issue of "Famitsu Cube+Advance", a monthly Japanese magazine that is imported by Japan Centre in London and costs about £8
