Sora and his friends in this game are homies

I heard that Steamboat Willie was going to be a world, but it's still sorta surprising to see it (and the KH characters drawn in ultra classic fleischeresque animation style). The last time Steamboat Willie was in a video game (Mickey Mania) it was totally bad ass, so I think it'll be cool this time too. Me wants KHII Mr. Green

I played FFVIII all the way through in Japanese and loved it.

I don't see the point considering KHII's NA version is coming out in February. They've been working on the localization all the way since the summer, it will come come out relatively soon after the Japanese release. I don't see the point unless you're fluent in Japanese.

Actually, playing KH:COM shows that the plot in KHII shows lots of promise, imagination, and awesomeness.

The story was probably the best thing about the original Kingdom Hearts. Just with abysmal Sora voice acting.

Um....you realize that besides being the most sappy and cliche story out there ("Kingdom Hearts is light"), most of the plot was just recycled and slightly reworked Cliff notes versions of the movies.

Well it was the only thing that kept me playing.
Sure, its no Xenogears, but it amused me until the end, so much that I want to play KHII

Even Xenosaga couldn't live up to Xenogears...

Either way Disney wouldn't even let Square have Goofy and Donald use real weapons, did you really think they'd let them stray too far from each movie's storyline?

Hopefully the success of the 1st game will allow Disney to give Square a little more leeway this time with the story, but I doubt it.

They've annonced a TRON world in Kingdom Hearts II Cheerleader

That was at the top of my list of wanted Disney-themed worlds as soon as a sequel was announced.

Hey I'm looking for a good picture of Kairi, preferably from the second game. I haven't been able to find a really good one from the second game other than what is shown here, (what I'm really looking for is a full body pic) but I did find one from the first game that I only found a thumbnail from.

If you've actually payed attention to the trailers you'd know they've fixed most of KH's problems. The camera is not intruding, the combat is deeper, the gummi ship looks bad ass;etc.

And most of the details are still underwraps. So we'll see in one month when KHII releases.

Kingdom Hearts is the best game Square has made since the FF series died after FFX. Part II is going to be focking awesome ppl (look how much better the worlds are: Lion King, Tron, Pirates of the Caribbean, Steamboat Willie, the only thing missing is a Song of the South World with Brer Rabbit and Tarbaby Check!

I don't know how fair it is to say the FF series died/ I mean, FFXI was a waste because it was a crap MMORPG, but can we really count gabage like FFX-2 and the FF7 spinoffs as reasons for it's death. I mean, I think it only died as much as it died in the long gap between FF6 and FF7. This gap may be a bit longer actually.... but still.
