Man, that chick that was fighting Mao in Ep 3 & 4 gave me a little wood. So cool, calm, strong, and hot on top of all that.

Pure Ownage.

Oh and the part where Souske used his grappling hook to pull himself backwards in mid air while firing a round at the Venom OMGWTFBBQ owned all.

From what I've read from other sites, if TSR follows the manga, we won't be seeing much Chidori. I'm sure there will be filler eps for that though.

Manga? Wasn't FMP manga made AFTER the anime?
At least the manga I've read combines the first and second season... and definately seems made well after those two.

So far it's been quite boring. Then again FMP was never a great show. It's been decent. Hopefully it gets better or I'll be just wasting time dling it.

I never said I didn't like the first show. I just said it was a decent show. It was actually alot more interesting, the first show's beginning, than the this one's.

Actually I take that back. Episode 6 seems to be a big turning point. So it has sucked me in for the moment.

Well IMO this third season is better than any of the filler in the first series. I can't really say I enjoyed the episodes pertaining to the plot that much in the first series, as it was pretty standard fare. The third season's plot so far isn't new (but I still find it exciting the way it is presented), but it's got more elements that could later complicate the plot, and from ep 6, hopefully there will be more focus on the relationship between Chidori and Sousuke, as that's the main reason why I watch the show.

It'll be interesting to see how Sousuke, who up to this point in his life has obediently followed the orders given to him without reluctance, handles the recall back to the sub and the order that forbids him to make contact with Chidori.

I really don't see how they can do that, because if they do, then there really isn't much going on to advance the story. I mean since the first episode of the series there hasn't been much in character development. This might be the turning point. I hope, for their sake, it is. If it isn't, I probably will stop watching it.

Oh yea Slashley cause 1 ep can really do your point justice. I think it will change through the course of the rest of the season. Doesn't make sense that it wont.

Has all the novels that have been translated so far. The book is 'The End of Day by Day'. You'll notice some differences with the book and the anime. The most notiable being that the twins in the book are male instead of our female anime twins.
