I thought the World of Warcraft commercial was his most recent. Anyway, there's certainly no rule about having multiple commercials running at the same time. As long as they're not competitors there shouldn't be a problem. It's not like I'm saying he should do an ad for Pepsi when he's already done an ad for Coke.

Yes, you need a license to sell it. The difference being it's called Off License because you sell it for consumption OFF the premesis, while a pub license is an On License because you sell it for consumption on the premesis.
