Hmmm... I knew someone would ask. 
I'm still sorting stuff with the site at the mo, so I cant have loads of people uploading on to the site yet. I might include this feature in the future, I haven't decided yet. Until then if you suggest an avatar Damien or I will upload it for you! |

well, with custom avs and 100x100 limit, you could have a 60x60 if you wanted to.
unless you mean ANY SIZE, so that someone could pop up with a 329403x23490 avatar

A 100x100 image size limit seems reasonable. And a file size limit too (like, 10 ko ?) would probably be a good idea.

i don't mind either way. 100x100 would be nice, but then again i hate hkk's bitching, so it balances out.
also, one of the things about sg is its extremely large avatar selection, and granting custom avatars (and of a different size, even) seems to make it all go to waste. trivial, yes, but still. |

Agreed
100x100 avatars dont look that bad, but 60 x 60 looks better. (also the rank bars look better with 60x60)
Its a difference of opion that will never be agreed upon. Some forums have avatars that are something like 100x60 as standard  , none of that here . And as for custom avatars, as I said before at the moment no, but if you send it to damien or I we will most likely upload it (unless its some crazy animated gif or something!)

| I know, I don't understand the widescreen 150x40 (or whatever that is) avatar size either... but if I was to create an official size, I'd rather it just be 100x100 only (nothing larger, nothing smaller). Just so it'd look uniform with the website. |
